"Jan Gluchowski, mayor of Kokoschen, in the district of Gnesen, has been sentenced to death by the Special Court under the Military Commander of Posen. Judgement was given on 27 September 1939. The charges were: murder of Otto Mier, a member of the German minority, and breach of the public peace.
